Manufacturer’s Warranty

All of our furniture products come with the full, original manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage periods and terms vary by brand and item—please refer to the paperwork included in your shipment or visit the manufacturer’s website for complete details on:

  • Coverage duration (e.g., 1-year frame warranty, 5-year fabric warranty)
  • What’s covered (materials defects, workmanship issues)
  • How to submit a direct claim with the manufacturer

Ferro Home Design Local Warranty

In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, Ferro Home Design offers a local delivery-related warranty for any issues discovered upon arrival:

  • Scope: Damage in transit, missing parts, or obvious defects noted at delivery.
  • Timeframe: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Remedy: We’ll replace the affected part or coordinate a manufacturer repair at no cost to you.

How to File a Local Warranty Claim

  1. Inspect on Delivery: Note any damage or missing components on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
  2. Submit Your Claim: Email us at support@ferrohomedesign.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of damage or missing items
    • Brief description of the issue
  3. Resolution: We’ll confirm receipt of your claim within 1 business day and outline next steps—replacement, repair, or pickup scheduling in your area.

Exclusions & Important Notes

  • Cosmetic wear from normal use, accidental damage after delivery, or improper in-home assembly are not covered by our local warranty—they should be handled through the manufacturer’s standard process.
  • For any extended or specialty warranties (e.g., cushioned memory-foam, leather protection plans), please purchase directly through the manufacturer or a third-party provider.
