White-Glove Delivery

For those seeking an elevated experience, our White-Glove Delivery service is available on request in select regions. Beyond simple drop-off, our professional crew will unpack your items, remove all packaging materials, and place each piece precisely where you want it—whether that’s assembling a sectional in your living room or positioning a dining set in your favorite nook. Appointments are coordinated directly with you after purchase, offering a convenient 1-week delivery window designed to fit your busy lifestyle.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Item Swaps & Adjustments: Within 12 hours—subject to availability.
  • Cancellations: Free within 24 hours; 10% restocking fee thereafter. Call 1-800-FERROHD.
  • Refunds: Processed in 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exceptions: Custom items incur 50% fee after 24h; white-glove cancellations within 48h incur 25% surcharge.

Damages & Missing Items

  • Inspect Upon Arrival: Note damage on the carrier’s paperwork.
  • Report Within 48 Hours: Email support@ferrohomedesign.com with order number, photos, and details.
  • Replacement & Repair: Parts, full replacements, or on-site repairs where available.
  • Refunds: Partial or full refunds issued within 5–7 business days of claim approval.

Can I schedule a weekend or evening delivery?

Yes—let us know when we contact you, and we’ll accommodate your preferred time for an additional fee.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We only ship to physical street addresses for our private carrier. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO are handled via USPS® only, with standard transit times and size/weight restrictions.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email & SMS tracking link once your order ships. Check your spam folder or your account’s Order History if you don’t see it.

What happens if I’m not home at delivery time?

We’ll coordinate a new delivery window. Missed appointments may incur a re-delivery fee.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes—up to 12 hours after placement. Contact us at support@ferrohomedesign.com.

Why is Hawaii not available for delivery?

Our private carrier network does not service Hawaii at this time. We hope to expand coverage soon.

Do large or heavy items incur extra shipping fees?

No—our flat $399 Direct Delivery rate covers all sizes and weights. White-Glove Delivery rates vary by region.

What if my furniture arrives damaged or with missing parts?

Inspect on arrival and report within 48 hours via support@ferrohomedesign.com. We’ll handle replacements, repairs, or refunds.

Is shipping insurance included?

Yes—every order is covered by our in-transit damage protection at no extra cost.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of claim approval to your original payment method.
